Britain's oldest wine and spirits retailer is located in building number 3, St. James's Street, London. Since 1698.Berry Bros. & Rudd - family-run, supplier to the Queen, independent bottler - is an institution in the world of fine wines. Spirits expertise matured over 300 years results in a diverse premium product portfolio and highly exciting own brands - such as No. 3 London Dry Gin.
A gin, exactly how a gin should be, was the brief for No. 3. “Gin Doctor” David Clutton dedicated a full 730 days to the creation of the classic spirit, which, with its focus on core botanicals, sets an exciting counterweight to the New Western style wave. With its celebrated balance of juniper, citrus and spices, No. 3 perfect down to the last detail - and is the only one of its kind to be named “World’s Best Gin” four times in a row. The London Dry Gin also impressed at the ISW 2021 and received the gold medal.
Only six botanicals (three fruits and three herbs) are enough for this delicate London Dry Gin.
Juniper berries and lavender for the typical gin note, orange and lemon peels are responsible for the fruity freshness and angelica root for the dryness of the gin. Finally, coriander and cardamom, which provide an elegantly spicy and peppery note.
