Aroma: rich and buttery, clearly toffee and caramel, then fruity flavors come to the fore, along with sweet apple pie and delicate aromas of fresh leather and sour cream - a perfect balance to the sweet flavors Taste: softer than expected - you can taste soft caramel, then intense fruit and spice - especially apple, cinnamon and black pepper - with a little water more fruit is added, as well as raisins and brown sugar in rum Finish: spicy, like damp leaves, almost earthy - with sour apples
