An 11-year-old Blair Athol, filled with three hogsheads and a sherry butt, Douglas Laing in their new series Single Minded.
Aroma: fresh and fragrant, very fruity - flavors of crushed sugar
Taste: sweet in the taste, then gently spicy with a very nice creamy chocolate note
Finish: The finish is long and warm, now vanilla fudge and spices emerge, then become drier with an attractive orange note
