Wemyss has bottled a classic yet extraordinary Auchentoshan - hardly any other distillery is able to whet its appetite for a nice meal with its malt whiskeys.
Aroma: creamy lemon, pear and fresh coconut, with white peaches - spring flowers and fruit drops develop after adding some water
Taste: sparkling on the palate with fresh lemon, clementine and fruit salad - then a taste like pie base with honey and ginger
Finish: lively and stimulating with a clear and fresh finish
Single barrel filling - edition of 342 bottles

For Wemyss it is more important that the name of the bottling gives an indication of the taste.
