Douglas Laing filled a single barrel of the old Scottish Lowlands distillery Littlemill.
Only 113 bottles were produced after a storage period of 21 years.
Aroma: at first a sweet malt character, then flavors of strawberries with cream and honey
Taste: still sweet, now more fruit is added - spicy toffee, warming with notes of beeswax and oak
Finish: many spicy notes in a long finish, the honey comes back
