The Chosen Few honors special employees at Glenglassaugh, who are allowed to choose their own barrel.
Aroma: lots of Oloroso sherry and dark, sweet berries, plus plums and cocoa powder - then add flavors of toffee, anise, fresh oak and nuts - in the background, a slight saltiness
Taste: sweet, creamy sherry, many dark berries and dark chocolate, the fresh oak comes again, then caramel, kiwi and lime before light notes of cinnamon and ginger develop
Finish: Toffee and ginger are very present, with intense, creamy sherry notes
