This ruby red single malt from Macallan matures only in former Spanish sherry casks.

Aroma: European oak, followed by luscious, dried fruits and a gentle molasses note
Taste: ginger, nutmeg and resinous orange, followed by a subtle but distinct sweetness of sultanas and raisins.
Finish: the oak again, long finish
