Matured in exBourbon and exSherry casks.
Color: ripe, golden barley
Aroma: malty and floral aromas, hints of vanilla and freshly cut grass - after adding water, honey and sweet fruits, paired with roasted oak
Taste: At first, ripe apples dominate, and again the oak, then there is a distinct spiciness
Finish: very malty, the spiciness is preserved
Edition: 9,000 bottles
