From Scotland's probably most beautiful distillery comes this 21-year-old single-barrel bottling from Douglas Laing.
A wonderfully sweet malt whiskey with a strong color.
Aroma: spicy aromas, paired with acacia honey, vanilla and malted barley
Taste: a malty sweetness with notes of honey on toasted bread, barley sugar and traces of Demerara rum
Finish: mid-length finish - sweet and smooth, slightly spicy (clear ginger) and oak
