A 17-year-old Mortlach from Signatory, bottled here were two hogsheads.
Aroma: caramel and toffee, apple flavors and clearly cooked banana - ginger and a little chocolate
Taste: malty and very creamy, again the apple, butter toast and cream
Finish: very long finish, the creaminess comes back, with marzipan
