Aroma: heavy, with ample sherry flavor - plums and raisins are immediately present, while slowly a sweeter and creamier side with vanilla and caramel aromas reveals itself
Taste: Compote, dark chocolate and spicy oak reveal full on the palate
Finish: Long-lasting and spicy with white pepper and ginger
