Aroma: at first restrained, sweet and unusually fruity - especially lemons, with hints of iodine and smoke, some caramel and sea scent, finally plums and old wood
Taste: pleasant mouthfeel, smoky, dry and a little woody, you can taste almond milk and fruits, a little salt - it becomes sweeter with the addition of water.
Finish: long and warm, clear iodine and pepper
