The whiskey was stored exclusively in three "fresh bourbon barrels" over five years.
Aroma: soft peat flavors, lime and pear, very complex for its age
Taste: Sweet at the beginning, then peat smoke and various aromas of ripe fruits
Finish: the finish is long and clean with a nice touch of peat smoke, then later soft citrus notes.
