Product information "Bowmore 15 year old"
Bowmore's dark 15-year-old spent the last three years maturing in former Spanish Oloroso sherry casks.
The result is a rich, deep dark, very well balanced malt whiskey.

Aroma: delicate dark chocolate, sun-dried fruits, with peat smoke
Taste: Cedarwood and toffee dominate, again dark fruits and raisins
Finish: Complex and rugged finish with plenty of sherry

Den alten "Darkest" habe ich noch ein bißchen voluminöser in Erinnerung, aber immer noch ein Schnaps außergewöhnlicher Klasse. Hoffentlich hebt auch Bowmore mal die % etwas an.

sehr ausgewogen

Nicht ganz so knallig wie ein Laphroig, aber sehr ausgewogen. Torf und Rauch vereint mit Fruchtiger Note. Für mich einer der besten 15 Jährigen überhaupt.
