In 1993, Cambus, one of the most prestigious Grain distilleries in the Scottish Lowlands, was closed.
Today, there are only a few bottlings from this distillery - Signatory chose here a 26-year-old refill exSherry Butt from 1991, bottled on July 20, 2018 to 486 bottles.

Nose: warm porridge with lots of honey and brown sugar
Taste: very spicy in the taste, clearly cardamom, anise and cinnamon, with fresh orange peel, apples and strawberries
Finish: an intense, pleasant honey sweetness on the finish
