The independent bottler Signatory was founded in 1988 by the brothers Symington in Edinburgh.

Dallas Dhu
Founded in Speyside in 1898, Dallas Dhu was shut down in 1983.

The whiskey is one of the best malts in this region of Scotland and perhaps the 10 best in the country.
Only occasionally barrels are filled from the remaining stocks.
