Aroma: hay and vanilla pudding! Peppermint and oak, with light herbal aromas
Taste: rich and oily, sweet vanilla notes, plum, anise - in the background citrus fruits and spices
Finish: very nice finish with notes of apples, oranges and toffee

Signatory Un-Chillfiltered Series is the very best affordable range I know, truly. I have the 15yo Glen Keith in my cellar waiting to be tasted in pair whith this.
