Aroma: thick, torflastiger smoke, reminiscent of smoked bacon or a bonfire by the sea - then a bit medically, to slightly sweet and fruity aromas.
Taste: a lot of malt, earthy with clearly peat and oak, again the smoked bacon and the sweetness - fruity, papaya and mango
Departure: above all, a slight sweetness, the peat is more - spicy and light oak tones

Lecker Stöffsche für Peat-Liebhaber. Mal was bezahlbares von Compass Box

Sehr toller Whisky - einfach nur empfehlenswert. Es muss nicht immer eine Single Malt sein, wenn man eine so gute und hochwertige "Miscung" bekommt. Peat Monster hat mich von hochwertigen Blends überzeugt. Absolute Kaufempfehlung. Starker Torf, ölig und schwer und im Abgang mindestens mittellang.
