onnemara is a genuine Pure Pot Still Whiskey from the fledgling Cooley distillery - located in the west of Ireland. Cooley was founded in 1987, but with its ingenuity often provides surprises.
Atypical for Irish whiskeys, this malt was fired with barley malted over peat fire.
