After a maturation period of more than 8 years in traditional oak barrels, this malt was bottled for a second maturation for 9 months in the finest "Pinot Noir wine barrels (Pinot Noir)" from the winery Knipser in Germany.
The Knipser winery is known for its Pinot Noir.

Very nice notes of grapefruit, orange and roasted almonds, on the tongue a bit peppery.
In the finish spicy and cherry sweets.
