The Epris Distillery, founded in 1970, is a large, highly industrialized distillery in Sao Roque, 20 miles west of Sao Paulo.
Among other things, it is also produced here for Bacardi. The rum was stored in classic American bourbon barrels and received its finish in wine barrels from the Chateau Lafite.
