The distillery Angostura is one of the most modern in the Caribbean. It is located in northwestern Trinidad, near Laventille, Port of Spain.
Five Column stills are used to produce Trinidad's slightly lighter rum. The rum was stored in classic American bourbon casks and finished in wine barrels from Chateau Le Pin in French oak.
