Speyburn creates a medium-heavy, wonderfully flowery malt.
This 25-year-old bottling comes from American fino-sherry and bourbon barrels.

Aroma: wonderful aromas of sweet honey and tropical fruits - traces of citrus fruits
Taste: very well balanced, initially sweet with notes of toffee and creamy vanilla, then again the fruits - especially grapefruit
Finish: The finish is soft, long and warm
