Der "Große Torf" aus der Remarkable Regional Malts-Reihe ist sehr rauchig, sowohl in der Nase als auch auf der Zunge.

Gut für Liebhaber torfiger Tropfen. Schön, wenn es die Destillen nicht nötig haben, mit Zuckerkulör eine gefakte Bernsteinfarbe zu erzeugen. Whisky ist ein Naturprodukt. Der Geschmack entscheidet. Optischen Firlefanz hat er nicht nötig.

Toller Klassiker mit BBQ-Rauch, sehr wenig Fasseinfluss und insgesamt eher jung. Für Puristen.

Entweder man liebt oder man hasst ihm. Ich liebe diese Whisky, habe ich schon mehrmals gekauft und ich war immer begeistert. Torfig, salzig und intensiv.
