"The spirit that dare not speak its name" - "The fire that does not pronounce its name"
This is not a whiskey yet!
According to Scottish law, a brandy must have been stored in a wooden barrel for at least 3 years before being allowed to call itself whiskey.
Hence the description of the name.
This fire (new spirit) comes directly from the pot still, reduced to 50% vol. with Scottish spring water.
It is one of the first distillates to reopen the Glenglassaugh distillery in November 2008.
