Auchroisk 1992/2008 Bourbon / Syrah Murray McDavid 46% vol. 0,7l

This single malt whiskey from the Scottish Speyside distillery Auchroisk initially stored in former bourbon barrels, for the finish in a Guigal Cotes Rotie Syrah barrel was decided after a tasting with Murray McDavid.


The result is a wonderful Speysider with very beautiful strawberry and blackcurrant notes and light flavors of pastry.
The very dark (almost black!) Color of the whiskey alone makes your mouth water!
