Aroma: pleasantly soft aromas of honey and soft sherry, with nutty notes, lots of oak and some smoke
Taste: elegantly balanced notes of dates and nuts, again the sherry - followed by ripe apples, toffee and a hint of smoke
Finish: long and spicy finish with hints of cloves, cinnamon and allspice, followed by orange and sherry
