Product information "La Cigarrera Manzanilla Sherry"

Already in its ninth generation, the family of Don José Colóm Darbo manages the Bodega "La Cigarrera", bought in 1758.

The winery carries the designation of origin "Jerez-Xérés-Sherry and Manzanilla - Sanlúcar de Barrameda" and produces its sherries using traditional methods.

The sherries produced at La Cigarrera are fine, fresh and aromatic.
All sherries are produced by La Cigarrera using the Solera process, which ensures that the characteristics of the older wines are combined with those of the younger ones, so that the outstanding quality and the nature of the product always remain the same.

Manzanilla sherry is made from a careful selection of select grape varieties from Palomino. The result is an exceptionally aromatic and delicious sherry.
Ideal with seafood.
