Portrait: What makes La Cigarrera Moscatel Sherry special.

The family of Don José Colóm Darbo is now in its ninth generation running the bodega "La Cigarrera", which was purchased in 1758.
The bodega runs the denomination of origin "Jerez-Xérés-Sherry y Manzanilla - Sanlúcar de Barrameda" and produces its sherries using traditional methods.
< br>The sherries produced at La Cigarrera are fine, fresh and aromatic.
All sherries at La Cigarrera are produced using the solera process, which ensures that the characteristics of the older wines are combined with those of the younger ones and thus the outstanding quality and the type of product always remains the same.

Tasting Notes: This is what La Cigarrera Moscatel Sherry tastes like

  • Moscatel Sherry is made from grapes of the Moscatel variety , which ripen in the sun to obtain high sugar content. Sweet, silky and full of flavor.
    An excellent accompaniment to dessert.
