Chichibu
The Chichibu distillery, located in Saitama, Japan, was founded in 2007.
In 2008, the production was started, the stills come from Mr. Ichiro Akuto's old distillery "Hanyu".
This "New Spirit" stored just four months in a Bourbon barrel, so this bottling may not yet carry the name whiskey.
