Benromach's "seriously smoky" smoky proof of a successful Speyside Malt Whiskey with rich smoke and peat flavors.
Matured for nine years in fresh, 1st-fill bourbon barrels, this whiskey shows the typical elegant fruitiness of Benromach, coupled with a pronounced smoke and peat note.
A complex whiskey - heavy and smoky with the fruity elegance of the Scottish Speyside.

Aroma: at the beginning sweet aromas of honey and vanilla - then clearly smoked ham and fresh tobacco - in the background fruity aromas of apricots
Taste: peppery notes, paired with orange and anise - then campfire ash
Departure: spicy-fruity finish - again the smoked ham and the tobacco - clearly peat

Meine Lieblingsmarke. Zugegeben: Geschmackssache. Nicht jeder liebt den extra rauchig-torfigen Geschmack. Ich werde diesem erlesenen Getränk jedenfalls auch in Zukunft treubleiben.
