Murray McDavid
Murray McDavid was founded in 1997, specializing in the bottling of a wide range of single malts in short runs.
The bottlings are without exception of a captivating quality, which is not least due to the fact that Murray McDavid such greats as Jim McEwan (Master Distiller Bruichladdich), Mark Reynier, Simon Coughlin and Gordon Wright (a member of the Springbank clan) together to have!
Awarded several times by various whiskey industry institutions, Murray McDavid stands for exclusivity and the highest quality.
Murray McDavid offers his whiskeys exclusively without dyes and without cold filtration.
The malts are in ideal drinking strength with 46% vol. bottled (only exceptions are bottlings in barrel size).
Under the highest quality standards, four to six barrels of a vintage of a distillery are selected and bottled in the in-house bottling plant at Bruichladdich on Islay.
Since December 2000, Murray McDavid has been the proud owner of the distillery Bruichladdich.
On every bottle are the dates of the whiskey, as well as a small story about the distillery.

Cooley
The still-young Irish distillery and manufacturing company Cooley owes its reputation to Harvard graduate John Teeling, who acquired a state-owned fuel factory near the Cooley Mountains in 1987.
He named her Cooley and began producing pot still and grain whiskey in 1989.
By acquiring the bankruptcy assets of AA Watt and John Locke, Cooley secured the rights to the old Irish brands Locke's and Tyroconnell.
The brand diversity Cooley's is constantly growing (Connemara, Eblana, Knappogue Castle, Magilligan's and many more).
Ireland produces over 40 different brands, but only three distilleries.
Two of them are controlled by Pernod Ricard.
Cooley is the only independent distillery in Ireland!
This 12-year-old is a wonderfully teased malt made from fresh bourbon barrels.
