Longrow 1996 10 Year Old 46% vol. 0,7l

Once a year, the Springbank distillery distills a limited number of Longrow malts. Longrow was, just like Glen Scotia and Springbank, a distillery in Campbeltown, which belongs to Springbank today.
The Longrow is still a completely independent Malt, it is distilled with higher peat content and thus has a completely different taste.
He also has the typical Campbeltown saltiness.
He is bottled as a 10-year-old with a vintage.
Like all Springbank bottlings, Longrow is not cool-filtered (non-chill filtered) and has no dyes.

A longrow as in the old days - wonderfully smoky and with a much higher sherry barrel proportion than in the past years!
