Once a year, the Springbank distillery distills a limited number of Longrow malts. Longrow was, just like Glen Scotia and Springbank, a distillery in Campbeltown, which belongs to Springbank today.
The Longrow is still a completely independent Malt, it is distilled with higher peat content and thus has a completely different taste.
He also has the typical Campbeltown saltiness.
For the first time there is next to the 10-year-old now also this 14-year-old.
The circulation is still very small and you do not know at Springbank, whether you will continue to fill this 14-year-old.
But there are also considerations to stop the 10-year-old and offer only the 14-year-old.

Like all Springbank bottlings, Longrow is not cool-filtered (non-chill filtered) and has no dyes.
