One of the few distilleries who still poke their peat themselves.
In nearby Hobbister Moor Highland Park finds its peat malting.
The 18-year-old has a nice sherry note, echoes of oak and here you will find, as the 12-year-old, honey and smoky tones.
In the finish he is wonderfully soft and long.
