The 10-year-old is medium heavy to fine spicy, sherrytönig with a touch of berry fruit.
Aberlour dispenses with the usual wooden plugs for barrel storage and uses cork instead.
The cork plugs are intended to facilitate the evaporation of coarser flavorings, creating a softer whiskey.
