Jim McEwan - born on Islay and formerly master distiller at Bowmore - made a return to the original and natural in making Scottish whiskey.
For this reason, all bottlings of Bruichladdich are not filtered cool and without dyes.
The 10-year-old easily tastes of citrus fruits.
The 10-year-old is no longer produced since 2007.
