Gereift in 100% Ex-Oloroso American Oak Sherry Butts aus Jerez, handverlesen von Isabella Wemyss.
Der Single Malt Whisky ist fruchtig, komplex und ausgewogen.

Aroma: Melassesirup, Sultaninen, Obstkuchen mit Zimtglasur, ein Hauch von dunkler Schokolade mit Sommerbeeren
Geschmack: zu Beginn süße Ananas aus der Dose, dann Orangenschalen und würzige Noten von Kardmaom und Koriander
Abgang: intensive Töne getrockneter Aprikosen, dazu ein Hauch von gerösteten Haselnuss
