Im Jahr 1859 kreierte der Bar Besitzer James Pimm den legendären Pimm's No. 1 Cup.
Bis heute wird Pimm's mit unverändertem, immer noch geheim gehaltenem Rezept abgefüllt, die Basis ist ein Dry Gin, dazu kommen Gewürze und Zitrusfrüchte.

Der Klassiker ist der Classic Pimm's Fizz:
1 Teil PIMM'S
2 Teile Limonade
in ein mit Eiswürfeln gefülltes Glas geben, garnieren mit je einer Scheibe Gurke, Limone und Minzblättern
