Glendaloughs waschechter Pot Still Whiskey lagerte zunächst in exBourbonfässern aus amerikanischer Eiche, anschließend in neuen Fässern aus irischer Eiche - und Glendalough gibt sogar an, woher der Baum stammt, aus dem die Fässer gemacht wurden.
In diesem Fall stammt das Holz aus dem Jack's Wood in Clara Vale.

Aroma: viel Frucht und etwas Vanille - dazu würzige Aromen
Geschmack: eine leichte Süße und reife Zitrusfrüchte, dann wieder die Vanille, gepaart mit reifen Bananen, frischem Leder und würziger Eiche - im Hintergrund feuchter Waldboden
Abgang: lang und sehr weich im Abgang - die Vanille ist wieder präsent, dazu geröstete Mandeln
