Dieser Single Malt Whisky von der Insel Islay reifte ausschliesslich in ehemaligen Rioja Rotweinfässern aus dem Baskenland.
Limitiert ist diese Abfüllung auf weltweit 7.000 Flaschen.

Aroma: delikater, süßer Torfrauch und rote Beerenfrüchte
Geschmack: geräucherter Schinken, dazu Erdbeeren und Pflaumen, etwas Meersalz und erdiger Torf - im Hintergrund Tannine und Traubenschalen
Abgang: lang im Abgang mit deutlichen Tönen von süßem Rauch

Gefällt mir noch etwas besser als der ohnehin schon sehr gute Finlaggan Port-Finish.
