Für diesen eleganten 12-jährigen Rum werden für ein mehrmonatiges Finish ehemalige Sherryfässer aus der Bodega Arfe in Jerez, Spanien verwendet.

Aroma: deutlich reife rote Früchte, der Einfluß der Sherryfässer ist unverkennbar, saftige Rosinen und geröstete Nüsse - über allem würzige Aromen
Geschmack: weich, fast cremig im Geschmack - wieder die Früchte, dazu Feigen und Datteln - dann würziger werdend, deutlich Eichenholz
Abgang: weich und rund im Abgang - der Sherry ist präsent
