Ein leichter, fruchtiger Single Malt Whisky aus der Schweiz, zunächst gelagert in alten Bierfässern und anschliessend nachgereift in Weinfässern.

Aroma: frischer Hopfen und eingemachte Birnen, dazu Brombeeren und etwas Muskat
Aroma: im Geschmack zu Beginn reife Birnen, dann Vanillecreme mit Zimt - dahinter entwickeln sich Noten von würzigem Ingwer und leicht erdige Töne
Abgang: leicht nussig im Abgang mit Anklängen dunkler Schokolade und süßer Gewürze
