Gewinner der Goldmedaille der International Wine & Spirits Awards Michelangelo 2017

Die Rezeptur für diesen südafrikanischen Gin stammt von dem Karslruher Destillateur und Gastronom Helmut Wilderer, der in Südafrika seine Heimat gefunden hat.
18 lange Monate probierte und testete man bei "The Grape Grinder" und nach über einhundert Test-Destillationen füllte man endlich die erste Flasche ab.
In Zusammenarbeit mit der "Wilderer Distillery" in Paarl wird der Cape Fynbos Gin destilliert - aus den feinsten weißen Spirituosen in kleiner Auflage von jeweils vierzig Litern!

Verwendung in diesem prächtigen Gin finden unter anderem die Botanicals Nelken, weißer Pfeffer, Honig, Orangenschalen und wilder Fynbos

Ein komplexer, unglaublich weicher Gin mit intensiven Kräuternoten und Andeutungen von Orangenessenz, Gewürznelken, wildem Honig, Fynbos und weißem Pfeffer.
