Das soll ein weißer Rum sein? Aber der Veritas hat doch eine leichte Färbung!
Richtig! Dieser Rum zeigt die ganze Wahrheit - so sieht weißer Rum tatsächlich aus, zum klaren, weißen Rum, wie man ihn eigentlich kennt, wird der Rum erst durch eine Filtrierung durch Aktivkohle.
Beim Veritas - einem Blended Rum aus den Barbados-Destillerien Foursquare und Hampden - verzivhtet man auf eben diese Filtrierung, ebenso wie auf den Zusatz von Zucker.

Der Veritas ist ein Blended Rum aus gelagerten und ungelagerten weißen Rums aus der Foursquare und Hampden Destillery.
Bei Foursquare werden traditionelle Coffey Column Stills verwendet, während man bei Hampden auf Double Retort Pot Stills zurückgreift.

Ein exzellent destillierter, blended Rum aus dem Hause Velier - hervorragend geeignet für Cocktails, aber auch pur ein wahrer Genuß.
