Wacholderbeeren sind das Kernstück eines jeden London Dry Gin - und in diesem Gin liegt die volle Aufmerksamkeit auf eben diesem Botanical!
So steht V.J.O.P. auch für "Very Junipery Over Proof" - deutlich mehr Anteil an Wacholderbberen gegenüber dem London Dry Gin von Sipsmith fanden den Weg in diesen Gin - und, ob das noch nicht genug ist, wurde der Alkoholgehalt auf 57,7%vol. angehoben - so enfaltet sich das volle Aroma und der Geschmack der frischen, pfeffrigen Beeren.

Aroma: frische Wacholderbeeren und frisch geschlagenes Nadelholz - über allem leicht fruchtige Aromen reifer Orangen und Zitronen
Geschmack: über und über voll mit Wacholderbeeren - frisch und pfeffrig, dazu leicht würzige Anklänge, vor allem Muskat und Nelken
