Die Steamship Collection zelebriert das 125-jährige Jubiläum der großen Überfahrt des Dampfschiffes "SS Bushmills", das im September 1890 die erste Ladung irischen Whiskeys aus der Bushmills-Destillerie nach Amerika brachte.
Die Bourbon Cask Reserve enthält Whiskeys, die in frisch ausgebrannten first-fill exBourbonfässern aus Kentucky reiften.

Aroma: intensive Aromen von Honig und Vanille - dahinter Eiche und Holzrauch
Geschmack: wieder die Vanille und der Honig, dann würziger werdend mit Noten getrockneter Kräuter, würzigem Eichenholz und Creme Brulée
Abgang: langer, weicher Abgang  - Vanille und Eiche bleiben lange erhalten
