Ian MacLeods beliebter Smokehead präsentiert sich seit 2018 im neuen Gewand - die Rauch- und Torfbombe von der Insel Islay.

Aroma: kräftig, mit dickem, schweren Holzrauch - intensiv mit Aromen von erdigem Torf - kräftig und würzig, gepaart mit einer leichten Süße - man erkennt frische Zitronen, Ingwer und dicke Pflaumenmarmelade
Geschmack: fast schon atemberaubend, sehr pfeffrig, dazu viel, viel Torf und Ruß - dann eine leichte Honigsüße bevor der Rauch wieder in den Vordergrund tritt
Abgang: exotische Gewürze und wieder die frischen Zitronen, dazu Anklänge von Mandarinen - und dann kommt mit aller Kraft der Torf zurück!
