Douglas Laing's 10-jähriger Timorous Beastie feierte seine Premiere in den ersten Tagen des Jahres 2018 - rechtzeitig vor Burns Supper im Februar - denn die kleine Maus erinnert an das Gedicht "To a mouse" von Robert Burns, dem wohl berühmtesten Dichter und Poeten Schottlands.
Dieser Blended Malt Scotch Whisky ist eine Liebeserklärung an das schottische Hochland - und so finden ausschliesslich Single Malt Whiskies aus den Highlands den Weg zu diesem Mäuschen!

Destillerien wie Blair Athol, Glen Garioch, The Dalmore und Glengoyne sind vertreten.

Aroma: zu Beginn zuckersüß, dann warmer Sirup und reife, saftige Nektarinen
Geschmack: cremiger Honig auf warmem gebutterten Toast, dazu weiche, würzige Noten und reifes Getreide
