In sehr kleinen Chargen wird der Sipsmith-Gin in London gebrannt.
In einer Pot Still-Column Still-Kombination mit Namen Prudence (ja, jede Gin-Brennblase trägt ihren eigenen Namen!) destilliert Sipsmith den ersten echten London-Gin seit 200 Jahren!
Mit zehn Kräutern und Früchten (Botanicals) entsteht hier ein echter Artisan-Gin.

Aroma: blumig wie eine Sommerwiese, dann sanfte Aromen von Wacholder und einer angenehmen Zitrusfrische
Geschmack: angenehmes Mundgefühl, wieder die Wacholderbeeren, jetzt süßer werdend mit Zitronenmus und Orangenmarmelade
Abgang: sehr trocken und würzig - und wieder die Wacholderbeeren und das Zitronenmus
